STEP 1: Project launch
Onsite meeting is the launching pad for every staging project. I’ll come to view your space, take detailed measurements and photos for further assessment, and discuss your selling goals and timelines.
After this meeting, I will present you with a detailed action plan outlining the next steps leading to making your property shine before your list it.
Our action plan is tailored to unique needs of each property. It may include de-cluttering or repair suggestions, furniture re-arrangement or removal, light fixtures replacement if the existing ones are dated, and of course a fresh coat of paint never hurts if your property hasn’t received it for some years.

Step 2: Getting Ready
Let’s get to work! This step is all about implementing my recommendations from the action plan. We will go through this together and you will have my full support each step of the way.
I like to think that we become a team of like-minded players having one goal while working on getting ready your property for sale: yourself, your real estate agent and my team.
If you enjoy doing small fixes around your property and would like to take over the de-cluttering, packing, moving, cleaning, etc., that’s awesome!
If you don’t feel like doing all the above, I got you covered! I have a trusted team of trades, handymen, space organizers, movers and cleaners who I work with regularly on our staging projects. They are happy to help you.

Step 3: Staging Day
Let’s have some fun and create some magic!
By this day, your property is repaired, updated, professionally cleaned and ready for the next step. Now it’s my turn to highlight its potential and make it shine.
It’s my favourite step in the whole process! My team will strategically place beautiful furnishings and decorative accessories to showcase your property. By introducing lifestyle vignettes throughout the property, we create an emotional connection with the buyer .
Professional photography usually takes place the same day or the day after the staging day.
Your beautifully styled property is ready to receive multiple offers from your dream buyers who have fallen totally in love with it and are ready to call it their home.
